He was able to work with the mix of concrete foundations, steel-frame construction with wood infill, core-slab, Tri-Force open web joists and tradition TJI's as well as a mix of truss and stick-framed roofing that this project required. We were concerned that the wall could be load bearing. As we surveyed our home’s floors, he explained things in detail as we were surveying our home. His investigation determined that the wall was not load bearing and could be removed without support.
